Since 2005 I had been self employed working at Farmer's Markets along with opening a retail store in SWFL for my small business named Ruff Life and was approved to start my 501C3 non profit called Ruff Life Charities.
I was positioned to sell my items on Amazon and was planning on moving forward with a new venture, but Covid hit the world and changed the direction of my life. Sadly, my companies closed in 2021 after 10+ years of serving my local dog community.
Forced to get back out on the employment market, I took a job at a new indoor PB club where I needed to learn how to play pickleball and play with members. I was completely hooked!
I have been playing pickleball since 2023 and recently got my teaching certification in March 2025. I specialize with teaching beginners and novice players. I started teaching with a few local HOA's and my own community in Bradenton FL.
My service areas are Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch and North Sarasota.
